摘  要:目的应用三维超声技术测量胎儿小脑延髓池的大小,并分析其与孕周的关系。方法选择189例接受产前检查的中晚孕期产妇进行产前三维超声检查。测量并记录胎儿小脑延髓池的大小及孕妇的孕周。结果前33周胎儿小脑延髓池宽度随着时间的增加而增加,之后随着时间的增加逐渐减小。经相关性检验,小脑延髓池宽度与胎儿孕周具有相关性(r=0.989,P〈o.05);随访结果表明,小脑延髓池宽度在8.0mm以下的胎儿出生后均正常,在8~10mm和大于10mm的胎儿出生后的异常率分别为4.55%和66.67%。小脑延髓池宽度大于10m组与前2组比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论胎儿小脑延髓池宽度并是不固定不变的,然而超出一定范围就意味着脑部异常的出现,因此其测量值对产前检查意义重大。Objective To measure the size of the fetal cerebellar cistern with three - dimen- sional ultrasound technique and to analyze its relationship with the pregnant time. Methods 189 mid- term and terminal - term pregnant patients received prenatal examination were applied three -dimensional ultrasound examination. The size of the fetal cisterna magna and pregnant time of women were recorded. Results The width of fetal cerebellar cistern increased with time for fetus of 33 weeks and below, and it gradually decreased with time increased. According to the correlation research, width of cisterna magna correlated with fetal gestational weeks ( r = 0. 989, P 〈 0.05). The follow - up visits showed that the width of cisterna magna under 8.0mm or less in the fetus af- ter birth were normal, while the abnormality rate was 4.55 % and 66.67 % after birth if width of cisterna magna was 8 - 10mm or greater than 10mm. The difference was significant of over 10mm width fetal Cisterna magna compared with the previous two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Fetal cisterna magna width is not stationary, but brain abnormalities may appear if it is beyond a certain range, so the measurement is significant for prenatal examination. Three- dimensional ultrasound in prenatal examination has a great advantage, so it is worthy of clinical application.
