摘 要:目的探讨体外过敏原检测在反复喘息儿童病因诊断中的临床意义。方法选择发生反复喘息≥3次的262例患儿,根据年龄大小,将其分为婴儿组125例、幼儿组75例和儿童组62例。对所有患儿进行过敏原检测,比较不同性别过敏原阳性率,并观察各组过敏原阳性及分布情况。结果 262例患儿过敏原阳性104例,男女阳性率分别为37.1%和46.4%,男女阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义;婴儿组过敏原阳性率最低,儿童组最高,各组阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义;前3位过敏原分别是牛奶、户尘螨和猫毛皮屑,婴儿组户尘螨和屋尘阳性率最低,儿童组最高。结论儿童反复喘息性疾病可能与过敏原有关,因此检测反复喘息儿童体外过敏原有助于了解其过敏状态。Objective To explore the clinical significance of allergen detection in-vitro in the etiological diagnosis of recurrent asthmatic children. Methods 262 children with recurrent asthma 〉~3 times were selected and divided into infants group ( n = 125), babies group ( n = 75) and chil- dren group ( n = 62). All children were conducted with allergen detection. The positive rate of al- lergens was compared in males and females, and the positive allergens and their distribution condi- tions were observed in each group. Results The allergens in 104 children were positive, and the positive rates were respectively 37.1% and 46.4 % gen in infants group was the lowest, while was the in males and females. The positive rate of aller- highest in children group, and there were signif- icant differences among all the groups. The top three allergens were milk, dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, cat hair and scurf. The positive rates of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and house dust were the lowest in infants group, while were the highest in children group. Conclusion Recur- rent asthmatic disease in children may be related with allergens. Hence, detecting the in-vitro aller- gens in recurrent asthmatic children is conductive to undor^tznctln^r tho^r Mlo^cr^o ~ot,,~
