摘　　要：目的总结心内直视手术患者应用体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)的护理经验。方法回顾性分析6例重症心脏病患者行ECMO支持治疗的临床资料,其中重症瓣膜病2例、重症先天性心脏病4例。结果 3例患者康复出院,3例患者死亡。结论 ECMO为重症心脏病患者提供了有效的心脏支持,专业的术后护理可以减少并发症、提高ECMO应用患者的生存率。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation （ECOM） for open-heart surgery patients. Methods The clinical materials of 6 severe cardiac patients were retrospectively analyzed, among which there were 2 patients with severe valvular heart disease and 4 patients with severe congenital heart diseases. Results There were 3 patients discharged from hospital and other 3 patients died after treatment. Conclusion ECMO can provide effective cardiac support for severe cardiac patients, and it can reduce the complications and improve the survival rate of patients.
