摘　　要：目的探讨髋臼周围截骨术治疗发育性髋臼发育不良的围术期康复护理方法。方法收集178例发育性髋关节发育不良患者行髋臼周围截骨术的临床资料,对康复指导护理措施进行回顾性总结与分析。结果 178例患者术后经过系统康复护理后,髋关节功能得到明显改善,患者疼痛明显减轻或消失,可恢复基本正常步态,对康复效果满意。结论对髋臼发育不良行截骨术患者围术期进行科学的康复护理,能有效促进髋关节功能的恢复,从而延缓髋骨关节炎的发生与发展,推迟人工髋关节置换时间。Objective To explore the perioperative rehabilitation nursing methods for de- velopmental hip dysplasia （DDH） patients with periacetabular osteotomy. Methods Clinical mate- rials of 178 DDH patients with periacetabular osteotomy were analyzed retrospectively, and rehabil- itation nursing measures were summarized and analyzed. Results After systematic rehabilitation nursing, hip function in all the patients improved significantly, sufferings of patients were relieved, and the efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion Implementation of scientific rehabilitation nursing for DDH patients with periacetabular osteotomy can improve the recovery of hip function, delay the onset and development of hip osteoarthritis and prolong the replacement time of artificial hip joint.
