优质护理服务在精神科病房开展的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在精神科应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法选取120例精神科患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,2组患者均接受相应治疗,观察组在此基础上采用优质护理模式,包括制定合理的计划、引进专业护理人员、优化排班制度、简化护理文件书写、确定疾病严重程度等级、转变护理理念及加强健康教育和康复训练,对照组则采取普通护理模式护理。结果观察组患者对住院环境的满意度稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在护士工作及沟通能力、病情管理状况、护士服务态度及对护士的信任度等项目上的满意度显著高于对照组,且观察组患者不合作的发生率及自杀、自残、暴力倾向等安全风险事件的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过护士健康教育后,观察组患者对健康知识的了解程度的优良率显著高于对照组,且观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科开展优质护理服务能够有效提高患者满意度、减少风险行为的发生、提高患者治疗有效率和对健康知识的了解程度,值得临床大力推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of high quality nursing in psychiatric ward. Methods 120 psychiatric patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with corresponding therapy, and the observation group was treated with additional high quality nursing, including the development of rational plan- ning, the introduction of professional nurses, optimize scheduling system to streamline nursing, documentation writing, determination of disease severity levels, changes in nursing philosophy and enhancement of health education and rehabilitation. The control group was treated with common nursing. Results Satisfactory degree toward hospital environment in the observation group was slightly higher than the control group （P 〉0.05）. Satisfactory degrees toward work and communi- cation skills for nurses, disease management situation, nurses attitude and confidence for nurses pro- jects in the observation were significantly higher than the control group, and incidence rate of ad- verse events such as uncooperative patients and suicide, self - mutilation, violent incidents and other security risks in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Awareness of health knowledge and the excellent rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing in psy- chiatric ward can improve satisfactory degree toward nursing, reduce the incidence of risk behaviors and improve therapeutic efficacy and awareness of health knowledge, so it is worthy of populariza- tion.
