摘　　要：如何评价经济发展方式转变的成效,是一个值得探讨的课题。首先通过与相关范畴的比较,进一步认识经济发展方式转变的内涵;然后对发展质量及其测度进行了详细分析,强调用"绩效"测度发展质量;最后,在对前人研究评述的基础上,探讨经济发展方式转变的测评体系,并指出测度应注意区域性特点。How to evaluate the achievements of economic development patterns transformation becomes an worth exploring issue. Firstly, compared with the related category, the connotation of economic development patterns transformation is further understood; Then the development quality and its measurement are analyzed in detail, and this paper thinks that ＂performance＂ can be used as the measure of development quality. Finally, based on the predecessors＇s study, the paper discusses the measurement system of economic development patterns transformation, and points out that regional characteristics should be pay attention to in the measure.
