摘　　要：目的 探讨经阴道自然腔道内镜（NOTES）辅助混合腔镜上尿路全切除术的围手术期护理要点.方法 回顾性分析3例经阴道NOTES辅助混合腔镜上尿路全切除术患者的护理措施及其效果.结果 3例患者手术均获成功,痊愈出院,无并发症发生.结论 对经阴道NOTES辅助混合腔镜上尿路全切除术患者做好心理护理,充分的术前准备、术后护理和健康教育,可减少术后并发症发生,是手术获得成功的重要因素.Objective To explore the measure of the peri-operative care in patients undergoing nephroureterectomy with transvaginal NOTES-assisted hybrid endoscopy.Methods Nursing measures and the effect of 3 patients who underwent transvaginal NOTES-assisted hybrid endoscopy in nephroureterectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results All procedures were successfully completed.There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications.All patients were cured and discharged.Conclusions For the patients receiving transvnginal NOTES-assisted hybrid endoscopy in nephroureterectomy,good psychological care,adequate preoperative preparation,postoperative care,and health education can reduce postoperative complications and play an important role in the success of the operation.
