摘　　要：大学生的就业问题成为了当下比较热门的话题,随着每年毕业生数量的增多,就业变得越来越严峻,但企业却还是呈现出对人才需求的状况,因此为了满足企业对人才的需求,也让更多的毕业大学生找到满意的工作,本文将根据影响就业率的主要因素来对如何提高就业率问题提出有效的方法和途径。University students＇ employment has become a rela-tively hot topic currently, and with the increasing number of graduates, their employment is becoming more and more severe, but enterprises are still in need of talents. Therefore, in order to meet the talent need of enterprises and help more university graduates find satisfied job, this paper will propose effective methods and ways of improving the employment rate in accor-dance with the main factors affecting the employment rate.
