高校教务管理人员心理问题及人才培养探究——浅谈独立学院教务人员培养的途径

摘　　要：高校教务工作是一项涉及学校各方面工作的科学的管理活动。高校教务管理人员在工作中存在职业倦怠感、工作焦虑感、落差感和对职业的迷茫感等问题,本文根据这些问题提出了高校教务管理人员的培养途径,重点对独立学院教务管理工作人员的培养给出了建议。Curriculum management is the activity which involves all aspects of college work. Educational administrators always have certain psychology troubles like job burnout, job anxiety, feelings of discrepancy and confusion of career. According to these problems, this paper presents suggestions to train college educational administrators, especially to educate those of inde-pendent colleges.
