摘　　要：关注高校离退休教职工的内心需求,对之源源不断地施以人文关怀,事关高校、社会乃至国家和谐稳定发展之大局。笔者结合所在单位实际,介绍了离退休工作中渗入人文关怀的相关措施,并提出了改进工作的相关意见。To pay close attention to the internal demands of uni-versity retired teaching staff and give them constant humanistic care concerns the harmonious and stable development of univer-sities, the society and even the country. Combined with the prac-tical situation of the writer＇s unit, this paper introduced relevant measures of infiltrating humanistic care into retirement work and proposed relevant suggestions on improving the work.
