摘 要:目的:系统性评价肠内营养制剂在结直肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:检索EBSCO、EMBASE、Pubmed/MEDLINE、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),筛查收集文献,采用RevMan5.2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献进行Meta分析,结果显示在结直肠癌术前肠道准备时使用肠内营养剂可以减少术后感染、肠道准备过程中腹痛腹胀、恶心呕吐发生概率(P<0.05),肠道恢复排气时间差异无统计学意义(P=0.1)。结论:在结直肠癌术前肠道准备时使用肠内营养剂可以减少术后感染、肠道准备过程中腹痛腹胀、恶心呕吐发生率,但不会影响肠道恢复排气的时间。Objective:To systematically evaluate the application effect of enteral nutrition( EN) preparations in the preoperative bowel preparation for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Literatures of randomized controlled trials were collected by retrieving EBSCO, EMBASE,Pubmed/MEDLINE,CNKI and CBM,Meta analysis was performed by using RevMan5.2 statistical software.Results:A total of 8 literatures were collected for Meta analysis and the results showed that using EN preparations in the preoperative bowel preparation for pa-tients with colorectal cancer can reduce the occurrence probability of postoperative infection,abdominal pain and distension during bowel preparation,nausea and vomiting(P&lt;0.05);the difference in the regain of intestinal exhaust time was not statistically significant(P=0.1).Conclusion:Using EN preparations in the preoperative bowel preparation for patients with colorectal cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,abdominal pain and distension during bowel preparation,nausea and vomiting,but it does not affect the intestinal exhaust time.
