摘　　要：镜头检测是对视频进行分析和检索的基础，提出了一种在压缩域中基于二维统计参数的镜头突变检测算法，通过离散余弦变换（discretecosinetransform，DCT）计算视频帧的数学期望和方差，建立累加直方图，利用相关性判定视频帧的差异，以此决定是否发生镜头突变。实验结果显示此种方法通过统计原理表征视频的特征，不受视频光照、明暗度等影响，检测精度高，速度快，易于实现。Shot detection is the base of the video analysis and retrieval. This paper proposed the shot abrupt transition detection algorithm based on two-dimensional statistical parameters in the compressed domain. We calculate the mathematical expectation and variance of video frames through the discrete cosine transform （discrete＇ cosine transform, DCT）, establish accumulative histogram, use correlation to determine differences in video frames. That can decide shot abrupt transition whether to occur. The experimental results show that this method through statistical principle representation make the characteristics of the video is not affected by video light and shade. It is accurate, high speed, easy to implement.
