摘  要:分析了影响柴油机排气微粒测量的各种因素 ,包括取样、排气温度、混合气温度、稀释比、系统壁面的沉积及随后粒子再入等。发现混合气温度、稀释比、微粒传输管上的热泳沉积和随后的粒子再入对微粒测量影响较大 。WT5”BZ] This paper describes the influence of several parameters on the particulate matter measurement.These parameters include the exhaust gas temperature,the dilution ratio of the exhaust gas in the air,the mixture temperature,the flow and mixing conditions,the amounts of filter loading,the filter material and some types of particulate matter deposition on the walls of the system.It can be concluded that the mixing temperature,dilution ratio,particulate matter deposition on the PTT by thermophoretic deposition and subsequent reentertainment in an unpredictable manner into the tunnel are the important parameters to affect the particulate matter measurement.At last,some recommendations were given to reduce the variability in particulate matter emission measurements in automotive diesel engine.
