摘　　要：介绍了国产P91大直径无缝钢管的成分优化措施和强化机理,并对国产P91钢管的非金属夹杂物、晶粒度、显微组织、室温力学性能、持久强度性能等进行了全面的评定。结果表明:我国采用优化工艺生产的P91钢管完全满足技术条件要求,且质量良好,可以替代进口。An introduction is being presented to the measures of composition optimization and strengthening mechanism of domestic Pgl large-sized seamless steel pipes, together with an overall evaluation on the non-metal impurities, grain size, microstructure, room-temperature mechanical property and creep rupture strength of the steel pipes. Results show that the domestic Pgl steel pipes produced by optimized process can completely fulfill the requirements of technical specifications, which therefore can replace imported products.
