摘  要:为了选育出青霉素高产菌株,以产黄青霉菌10-2-12为出发菌株,经高能电子诱变后分离。经过18批次筛选得到的突变株13-6-55效价比出发株高8.2%,且菌丝状态、传代稳定性好。在试验罐上的平均发酵单位比对照高3.6%。In order to breed the penicillin high producing strain, the PeniciUium Chrysogenum 10-2-12 was adopted to mutate by high energy electrons mutation. The mutant 13-6-55 was screened through 18 batches, the titer of the mutant 13-6-55 was 8.2% higher than the titer of the Penieillium Chrysogenum 10-2-12, and the genetic stabilization of the mutant 13-6-55 was fine. The average titer in fermentor was increased 3.6%.
