摘　　要：金牛钾碱检修中通过研究液氯系统的生产工艺流程,摸索出了一种比较合理的工艺处理方法,降低液氯系统内残余液氯,减少排尽液氯的时间;优化整个系统内气体置换路线,保证氯气置换的连续性和彻底性,液氯工序工艺处理安全快捷地完成,实现了缩短检修时间,增加检修安全系数的目的。In the overhauling of the system, by studying the chlorine production process, Taurus potash outs worked out a more reasonable process treatment and reduce the chlorine residual chlorine within the system, reducing the time to drain hquid chlorine; optimize the entire system gas replacement route, to ensure the continuity and replacement of chlorine thoroughness to ensure the safe and efficient handling of liquid chlorine step process to complete, to achieve a shorter maintenance time and increase the safety factor maintenance purposes.
