摘　　要：诸多城市房屋拆迁研究将利益相关者聚焦于政府与房屋所有者之间,简化城市房屋拆迁中的利益关系。事实上,城市房屋拆迁中有许多利益相关者,利益关系非常复杂。本文运用利益相关者理论,结合实际案例,分析了不同利益相关者各自的利益博弈焦点,并将十个利益相关者分为"核心利益相关者"、"重要利益相关者"和"一般利益相关者"三种类型。Most previous studies on urban housing demolition focused on the relationships be- tween government and house-owners, which simplified interest relationships in urban housing demoli- tion. In fact, there are many stakeholders in urban housing demolition. Relations are very complex in their interest. We use stakeholder theory to analyze ten stakeholders in urban housing demolition, and divide them into three types, namely core stakeholders, key stakeholders and general stakehold- ers.
