摘　　要：国民政府于抗战发生后新成立"国际宣传处",承担对外宣传的重任。该机构在向全世界人民揭露日军南京大屠杀暴行方面,进行了六项卓有成效的工作,取得了重大成绩,把南京大屠杀这一"远东大陆上黑暗吞噬光明的最疯狂的一幕"展现在全世界人民的面前。国际宣传处进行的关于南京大屠杀真相的宣传活动也存在着一定的局限性。这些需要我们进行细致的分析与认真的总结。＂ The International Publicity Department＂ was formed after the Anti-Japanese War from National Government to take on a difficult job of external publicity work. The agency has ex- posed Japanese invaders＇ atrocities in Nanjing and also conducted six fruitful tasks and obtained great achievements. It showed the people all over the world ＂the frenzied incident which light had being consumed with darkness from far east＂. The promotional activities from the International Pub- licity Department about the truth on the Nanjing massacre have some limitations which we need to study and analyze.
