摘 要:超高水材料充填开采对于围岩长期稳定性的控制作用,在国内外均缺少相关的研究。以冀中能源邯郸矿业集团陶一煤矿(简称陶一煤矿)充6工作面为背景,采用微地震和围岩应力动态监测相结合的实时监测方法,综合地表沉陷的测量数据,首次对超高水材料开放式充填大面积开采效果进行研究和评价。根据监测结果,在陶一煤矿充6工作面采高3 m、采深约300 m、工作面斜长120 m的条件下,工作面围岩覆岩破裂最大高度为48 m、支承压力影响范围35~40 m,工作面上方地表最大沉陷量为98 mm。结果表明,超高水材料开放式充填能够有效控制围岩破裂范围,减小采动影响,且在仰斜开采工作面运用效果较好。The research is the first case that assessing the long-term effect of ultra high-water material backfilling method. It is based on an engineering case of the open backfilling method using ultra high-water material on working face No.6 at Taoyi coal mine. The microseismic monitoring and the stress dynamic monitoring of surrounding rock are used,in combination of the surface subsidence monitoring result,to evaluate the effect of large areal gob controlled by this certain backfilling method. According to the monitoring data,with the condition of mining height of 3 m,about mining depth 300 m,inclined length of 120 m on the working face No.6 at Taoyi coal mine,the maximum height of the overburden rock fractured zone is 48 m;the influence extent of the front abutment pressure is 35-40 m;and the maximum surface subsidence upon the working face is 98 mm. The results show that the open backfilling method with ultra high-water material controls the fractured zone of surrounding rock effectively and provides a remarkable reduction of the influence of mining activities. The backfilling method has a notable effect especially on the overhand mining working face.
