近代报刊媒体中的女性“受虐”形象——以“张致和杀妻案”为中心的考察

摘　　要："张致和杀妻案"是天津社会发生的性质恶劣的宠妾虐妻案之一。《益世报》对张赵氏受虐身死的报道引起了天津女界团体的强烈愤慨。"赵氏昭雪委员会"的成立促进了案件的公开审理,宣传了"男女平权"的基本理念,推动了天津妇女运动的发展。张致和"罪重刑轻"的判决结果和最终逃脱惩罚的结局预示了脱离了社会政治实践,局限于上层知识女性的近代女权运动的失败。在父权制的文化统御之下,遭受虐待成为报纸媒体呈现的传统女性形象之一,这一形象反过来又强化了男性对女性形象的认可。因此,近代女权运动只有触动男权体制和男权文化的根本才能有所成效。The case 'Zhang-Zhihe killed his wife' was one of the severe cases about wife-maltreating because of concubines. The news report of Social Welfare Tiensin caused the indignation of the female societies. The establishment of committee for the wife of ZhangZhihe facilitated a public trial, propagated the basic idea of 'gender equality' and promoted the development of the women's movement in Tianjin.The final result of a heavy crime but with a light penalty heralded the failure of modern feminist movement, which was isolated from the social and political practice and confined to the upper-class intellectual women.The abused image of women became one of the traditional images of women in the male-dominated world, which reinforces the male perception of female image. Therefore, only by destroying the patriarchal system and culture could modern feminist movement be successful.
