围刺配合电针治疗乳腺增生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察围刺配合电针治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。将70例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用围刺配合电针治疗,对照组采用口服乳癖消胶囊治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肿块缩小程度比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,提示治疗组对缩小乳腺增生肿块效果优于对照组。结论围刺配合电针是一种治疗乳腺增生的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surround needling plus electroacupuncture m treating layperpmsla of mammary glands. Method Seventy patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 35 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by surround needling plus electroacupuncture, while the control group was by Ru Pi Xiao capsule. The clinical efficacies were compared after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, there was a significant difference in comparing the reduction of the lump between the two groups （P〈0.05）, indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group should be better than that of the control group in narrowing the lump of the mammary gland hyperplasia. Conclusion Surround needling plus electroacupuncture is an effective method in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
