艾盐包热熨中脘穴治疗卵巢癌化疗后恶心呕吐疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾盐包热熨中脘穴治疗卵巢癌化疗后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将104例卵巢癌化疗患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组51例。在化疗期间,对照组采用单纯止吐药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用艾盐包热熨中脘穴治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为70.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾盐包热熨中脘穴是一种治疗卵巢癌化疗引起恶心呕吐的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxa-salt ironing at Zhongwan （CV 12） in treating postchemotherapy nausea and vomiting in ovarian cancer. Method Totally 104 patients with ovarian cancer were randomized into a treatment group （n=53） and a control group （n=51）. During chemotherapy treatment, the control group was intervened by antemetics, while the treatment group was by moxa-salt ironing at Zhongwan （CV 12） in addition to the antemetics. Result The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group versus 70.6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxa-salt ironing at Zhongwan （CV 12） is an effective approach in treating postchemotherapy nausea and vomiting in ovarian cancer.
