艾灸配合清凉膏治疗压疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸配合清凉膏治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用艾灸配合清凉膏治疗,对照组采用常规消毒换药方法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为53.3%和100.0%,对照组分别为16.7%和76.7%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合清凉膏是一种治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压疮的有效方法,无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion plus Qing Liang cream in treating pressure ulcer of stage Method Sixty patients with pressure ulcer of stage were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by moxibustion plus Qing Liang cream, while the control group was by conventional sterilization. The clinical efficacies were compared. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 53.3% and 100.0% in the treatment group versus 16.7% and 76.7% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion plus Qing Liang cream is an effective method for pressure ulcer of stare without adverse effects.
