摘 要:基于波动方程建立了机械振打器冲击过程的振动模型,并针对机械振打器撞击杆的特殊边界条件,推导了撞击杆在活塞杆纵向冲击下的位移、速度、应力分布以及冲击持续时间的解析表达式。结合机械振打器的实际工况,运用有限元软件ansys/ls-dyna模拟了撞击杆在活塞杆纵向冲击下的各种响应,结果表明解析解与理论解匹配良好。A vibration model of a mechanical rapping ash-removal device was built based on the one-dimensional wave equation.According to special boundary conditions of its stricken rod,accurate analytical expressions of the displacement,velocity,stress distribution of the stricken rod as well as the impact duration time,when the stricken rod was impacted by a transitive rod,were deduced.Furthermore,the obtained analytical expressions were verified with the simulation results by using finite element software Ansys/Ls-dyna under actual operation conditions of the rapping device, and a good agreement between them was found.
