摘　　要：纠正意见是检察机关开展法律监督的重要手段之一。但现实规则中纠正意见的落实方式具有协商性和建议性特征,使得实践中纠正意见的实效程度堪忧,有强化纠正意见实效性的必要。强制性是检察监督权力属性的应有之意,纠正意见的程序效力是诉讼行为规律之必然反映,增强纠正意见的实效性是提高检察监督实效性的必然要求。应当从明确法律地位,规范适用程序、完善保障机制等方面入手,提高纠正意见检察监督方式的实效性。Correct Opinion is one of the prosecutorial supervision ways .The rules of Correct Opinion have consultative and suggestive characteristics .It is a worrying thing .It is necessary to strengthen the effective-ness of correct opinion .The mandatory of correct opinion reflects the nature of supervisory authority of procuratorate .The procedures effectiveness of correct opinion reflects the litigation laws .It is inevitable to enhance the effectiveness of correct opinion for supervisory authority of procuratorate .The ways of impro-ving the effectiveness of correct opinion are firming its legal position ,specifying the using procedures and perfecting the safeguard mechanisms .
