摘  要:通过正交试验方法,采用不同反应温度、时间、pH值和酶浓度分别处理硫化、直接、还原及活性4种不同染料染色后的纯棉针织物,并测试其抛光前后的K/S值、顶破强力、除毛效果,分析了不同染料对生物抛光效果的影响。结果表明,经酸性纤维素酶处理后织物布面毛羽显著减少,顶破强力下降,K/S值略有降低;与未染色半漂织物抛光相比,染色织物在相同工艺下进行抛光处理时,纤维素酶作用效果受到不同程度的抑制,其中硫化染料染色织物的抛光效果最差,还原染料染色织物的抛光效果最好。By means of orthogonal experiment, cotton knitted fabrics dyed by sulfur dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes and reactive dyes were treated under the conditons of different reaction temperature, time, pH and enzyme concen- tration. The effects of different dyes on polishing effects were analyzed. The results show that hairiness of fabrics significantly reduces,and the bursting strength decreases and K/S value slightly drops. Compared with the polishing of un-dyed half bleached fabrics, Cellulase effects are inhibited to some degree when the dyed fabrics are polished under the same conditions, and the polishing effects of fabrics dyed by sulfur dyes are the worst, and the polishing effects of fabrics dyed by vat dyes are the best.
