摘 要:为解决传统棉针织物高温加工过程的高能耗和高污染问题,文中采用生物酶精练、双氧水活化、低温皂洗等技术将整个染整工序的加工温度控制在60℃。介绍了60℃全流程低温漂染及后整理加工工艺流程和处方条件,测试并比较了其与传统染整工艺,在练漂、染色、皂洗、后整理等工序中的各项性能指标与综合加工成本。结果表明,60℃全流程低温漂染及后整理加工工艺可以使织物获得良好的染色效果,织物失重率、手感、COD排放等方面较优,且经后整理加工后织物能具有良好的防水功能与柔软性能,是一种综合加工成本低,经济收益高,节能减排的新型染整工艺。In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution in the traditional pro-cess with high temperature on cotton knitted fabrics, the temperature of the whole dying and finishing process was controlled at 60 ℃ by use of enzyme scouring, hydrogen peroxide excitation and low temperature soaping. The technological process and conditions were introduced. Various performance indicators and comprehensive processing costs of scouring, bleaching,soaping and finishing process were tested and compared with traditional process. The re- suits show that fabrics can obtain good dyeing effects, as well as fabric's weight loss hand and COD emissions in the whole bleaching, dyeing and finishing process under the low temperature of 60 ℃. At the same time,fabrics have good waterproof function and soft performance after finishing. It is a new dyeing and finishing process with low comprehensive processing cost, high economic benefits, energy saving and emission reduction.
