摘  要:文中通过选择3种活性染料分别对大豆蛋白复合纤维进行染色,探讨了染色温度、染色时间、固色时间、食盐浓度、纯碱浓度、染料浓度等因素对活性染料染gK/S值影响,测试并比较了3种活性染料的染色牢度。结果表明,大豆蛋白纤维活性染料染色的最佳工艺:染料用量为2%,浴比1:40,食盐用量N30gm,纯碱用量为10g/L,染色温度60℃,染色时间20-30min,固色时N30min。在些条件下,3种活性染料染色后的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度均达到4级以上。The soybean protein compound fiber was respectively dyed by three kinds of active dyes. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, fixation time, the concentration of sodium chloride, sodium carbonate and dyes on K/S value were discussed, and color fastness of three kinds of active dyes was tested and compared. The results show that the optimal process of soybean protein compound fiber by active dyes is that when the dosage of dyes is 2% and the bath ratio is 1:40, the dosage of sodium chloride is 30 g/L, the dosage of sodium carbonate is 10 g/L, the dyeing temperature is 60 ℃, the dyeing time is 20-30 minutes, the fixation time is 30 minutes. The rub fast-ness and soaping fastness of the fiber after dyeing by the three kinds of active dyes both reaches level 4 or more urder this condition.
