摘　　要：为满足国家"十一五"主要污染物总量减排的要求,福建南纸利用碱回收车间在生产过程中产生的白泥(废渣)作为脱硫剂,采用内循环吸收方式,开发"以废治废"综合利用的烟气脱硫项目。in order to meet the requirements of national ＂11th five-year plan＂ of total emissions, south fujian province paper using alkali recovery workshop in the production process of white clay （slag） as the desulfurizer, adopts inner loop absorption method, develop ＂using waste treat waste＂ is the comprehen- sive utilization of flue gas desulfurization project.
