摘　　要：目的探讨高危药品的管理办法,保证临床用药安全。方法对医务人员进行高危药品知识的问卷调查,对各科室的高危药品管理进行检查,分析存在的问题及原因,制定相应的管理措施,并评价其效果。结果本院医务人员对高危药品的认知度显著提高,高危药品放置不规则、标识不清、无专人管理、储存方法不当及药品过期等问题发生率明显减少。结论提高医务人员对高危药品的认知度,采取针对性的管理措施,有效杜绝高危药品差错,避免患者受到严重伤害。Objective To evaluate the measurements for high-risk drugs and ensure the safety of clinical use. Methods Hos- pital medical staffs were surveyed on high-risk drug knowledge and the management of high-risk drugs of each departments was checked, the problems and possible reasons were analyzed, and corresponding measures were decided to take. Results The high-risk drug awareness of medical staff was improved significantly . Issues such as placed improperly ,not clear labeled and no special manage- ment, expired drugs and storage not fulfill the request occurred significantly less. Conclusion To improve medical staff awareness of high-risk drug using and carry on effective measures would be efficiently in clinical and avoid patients suffering from above-mentioned
