摘 要:利用黄瓜抗病品种‘长春密刺’和感病品种‘津研四号’构建的6个世代对枯萎病抗性基因进行遗传分析。结果表明,抗性遗传符合Mather的加性—显性遗传模型,抗性遗传组成成分以加性遗传为主,部分不完全正显性,显性作用的效应不等。抗病性由核基因控制,双亲基因分布属非集中分布类型,控制抗病性的加性基因至少有1个,广义遗传力为42.55%,狭义遗传力为38.75%,育种中采用常规有性杂交育种方法比杂种优势育种方法更有效。The inheritance of filsarium wilt resistance of cucumber was studied using six generations derived from a resistant variety 'Changchunmici' and a susceptible variety 'Jingyan No 4'. The results showed that the in- heritance of resistance fitted for the additive-dominative genetical model of Mather. Of all the component of resis- tance heredity, the additive effect was the most important. There was partial positive dominance, and the additive effect was the most important. The disease resistance was controlled by nuclear gene. The distribution pattern of pa- rental gene was non-concentrated. The minimum number of additive gene was one. The general heritability was 42.55% and narrow heritabiliW was 38.75%. The sexual breeding was more effective than the heterosis breeding.
