摘  要:选用120只安徽白山羊青年羊,随机分成4组,以稻草、青贮为粗饲料,以胍基乙酸替代物为补料,试验组精料中按每吨全价添加1000 g"健美达",研究胍基乙酸替代物对安徽白山羊生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果发现,饲喂健美达30 d比60 d对机体的影响显著,日增重得到极显著增长(P<0.01),尿素氮、碱性磷酸酶等血液生化指标也有显著变化(P<0.05)。试验证明,合理的饲喂周期(饲喂30 d),添加胍基乙酸替代物"健美达"组比未添加组日增重呈极显著增加(P<0.01),谷丙转氨酶也有极显著的增加(P<0.01)充分机体对营养物质的吸收代谢,促进生长。A total of 120 younger Anhui White Goats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Coarse fodder was the straw and ensiling. Concentrate feed was used as food supplement, additive JMD was added into concen- trate feed in a proportion of 1 to 1000 in treatment group to study its influence on white goat's growth perform- ance and blood biochemical indexes. The result showed that between 30-day group and 60-day group, daily gain was significant difference (P〈0.01), and BUN( blood urea nitrogen) and ALP(alkaline phosphatase ) were also significant difference (P〈0.05). The evidence indicated that average weight daily in Test A( with addition of JMD)was significant different with that in Control A (P〈0.01). The same as AST(P〈0.01) for body to absorb nu- trient to promote growing in rational feeding time (30 days).
