摘  要:为研究脆性岩石中炸药爆炸后的扩腔过程以及腔壁压力变化特征,运用动力有限元分析软件AN-SYS/LS-DYNA,模拟了脆性岩石中爆炸扩腔的动态扩展过程,并对空腔扩展及扩腔过程中质点的速度、位移和压力的变化规律进行了分析.分析得出以下结论:爆轰完成的时间大约为160~170 μs,爆炸扩腔经历的时间大约为1224 μs,整个爆生气体的最大压力为1.10 GPa.爆炸最终形成的腔体半径是药包等效半径的6.97倍,爆破空腔的体积约为337.71 cm3.由分析得出此次模拟结果与理论相符.In order to study the dynamic process of springingbulling blasting and blasting blast hole pressure change after the explosion in brittle rock, the dynamic process of cavity in brittle rock was simulated by LS-DYNA. The process of cavity variation was analyzed as well as the velocity, displacement and pressure of particles. Based on the discussion,some results were obtained as following:the duration of charge detonation was about 160 - 170 μs, the duration of cavity bulling was around 1224μs, the maximum pressure of the whole detonation gas was 1.10 GPa, the radius of the blasting cavity eventually formed was 6.97 times as the length of the equivalent radius charge, and the volume of the blasting cavity was about 337.71 em3. Due to the analysis ,the conclusion from the simulation was accord with theoretical results.
