摘  要:为保证涌水环境下井筒掘进施工的继续,研究采用半面阶梯交替掘井技术进行施工.该技术将工作面划分为两个对称的半圆,在半圆内布置掏槽孔、辅助孔、周边孔,周边孔密集系数控制在0.6 ~0.8,外倾1°.使用手风锤打浅孔,孔深2.5m,交替阶梯高差控制在1 m左右,利用较低半圆作为储水平台,为凿岩爆破工作平台提供良好的工作环境.应用结果表明:该法具有操作灵活性大、较底半面储水等优点,适用于地下水较大且机械化设备利用率低的井筒施工.In order to ensure the continuous construction of shaft excavation in water environment, the construc- tion technology of half-section step alternately excavation was studied, which divides the working face into two sym- metrical semicircle. The blast hole was drilled by YT-28 and 1 degrees outward tilt and 2.5 meters deep;the inten- sive coefficient of contour hole was 0.6 - 0.8. The difference of alternating step height was controlled about 1 meter and the lower semicircle was used as water storage platform providing good working environment for drilling and blas- ting process. Results show that this method was highly flexible and suitable for shaft construction condition with groundwater and low equipment utilization.
