摘 要:介绍了在一侧邻近变电所,其余三个方向均有输电线路,倒塌范围狭窄的复杂环境条件下对高50 m砖混结构烟囱进行爆破拆除的实践。通过采用双向折叠爆破技术,合理选择上下两个爆破切口位置、切口形式、孔网参数、单孔装药量及最大一响药量;并设定上下两个爆破切口1.5 s起爆时差;对爆破产生的危害程度、范围进行了控制计算,采用了防飞石效果更加好的橡胶炮被作为主要防护材料;通过预拆除开设三角形定向窗确保倒塌方向准确性的同时,减少炮孔数目和一次起爆药量,使烟囱顺利倒塌,爆破拆除取得成功。A 50 m high brick and concrete chimney needed demolishing by explosive, located in narrow and complicated surroundings, around which existed transmission lines. The bidirectional folding technology was chosen with reasonable up and down cuts location and type, drill holes parameters, charge amount for per hole and maximum unit charge. The delay time between up cut and down cut was set as 1.5 s. The extent and scope of blasting hazard was calculated strictly and protective materials was chosen to prevent fly rock. The triangular directional window by pretreat ensured the collapse direction accuracy, but also reduced the hole number and the total charge amount, which made the chimney collaosed smoothly.
