摘 要:以海水冲厕污水作为培养液培养小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris),研究了小球藻的生长及其对海水冲厕污水中氮、磷和有机物的净化作用,并对小球藻细胞总脂含量和脂肪酸组成进行了分析。结果表明:小球藻在以海水冲厕污水作为培养液时,其生长速率和生物量与在BG11培养液中生长时相比明显较低;小球藻能够有效吸收海水冲厕污水中的氮、磷,12d时对氨氮和总磷的去除率分别达到87.9%和98.2%;采用海水冲厕污水培养出的小球藻细胞总脂含量达到33.03%,其脂肪酸组成与采用BG11培养的相比略有变化,总体以C16和C18为主,符合作为生物柴油生产原料的要求。Seawater toilet-flushing sewage was used as culture medium for Chlorella vulgaris cultivation.The microalgae growth and pollutants removal process were studied.Total lipid content and fatty acid composition of the microalgae cultured in seawater toilet-flushing sewage were also compared with those of that cultured in standard BG11 medium.The experimental results demonstrated that the growth rate and biomass of Chlorella vulgaris cultured in seawater toilet-flushing sewage were significantly lower than those of that in BG11 medium.Chlorella vulgaris could effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus in seawater toilet-flushing sewage.The removal rates of NH4+-N and TP reached 87.9% and 98.2% respectively within 12 d.The total lipid content of Chlorella vulgaris cultured in seawater toilet-flushing sewage was up to 33.03%.The major components of fatty acids were C16 fatty acid and C18 fatty acid.It could meet the requirements for raw materials of biodiesel production.
