两种液体酸改性膨润土的制备及其催化环己醇脱水性能比较

摘  要:以膨润土为载体固载浓硫酸、浓磷酸制备了两种固体酸,产物经IR表征,并用酸碱滴定法测定了其酸含量。将它们用于催化环己醇脱水反应,均取得了较好效果。其中,浓硫酸改性膨润土重复使用5次,对环己烯产率的影响不大。In this article,two kinds of solid acids were prepared by using bentonite as carrier to support concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid,which were characterized by IR,and the amount of acids supported by bentonite were determined by acid-base titration method.The dehydration of cyclohexanol was carried out in the presence of bentonite modified by liquid acids and achieved good results.Among which,the bentonite modified by concentrated sulfuric acid could be reused for 5 times,and had little influence on cyclohexene yield.
