摘 要:试验用432羽35周龄罗曼产蛋母鸡,采用4×4因子设计。酒糟-SCP按N当量等量替代大豆粕。处理1、2、3和4替代比例(酒糟-SCP%+大豆粕%)分别为:0+20.0,8.5+15.0,17.0+10.0和25.0+5.0。结果显示,处理2日产蛋量和体增重较处理1分别提高5.68%(p<0.05)和8.53%(p<0.05),处理3日产蛋量和蛋重较处理1提高6.65%(p<0.05)和6.18%(p<0.05),处理4产蛋性能和体增重与处理1差异不显著(p>0.05)。饲料效率(F/E)各处理组间无显著差异(p>0.05)。Eighteen Black-and-White cows were used in a three factorial design with two duplicates to study the effect of SCP-Grain stillage (GS) on milk performance of cows.Dairy cows were divided randomly into three pens and three treatments.According to equivalent N,SCP-GS (type ) was used to replace the same amount of soybean cake (SMC) and the replacement preportions (SCP-GS%+SMC%) of treatments 1,2 and 3 in the concentrate supplement of ration were:0+240,76+180 and 152+120 respectively.The results showed that milk yield/day in treatment 2 was 612% (p<005) higher than that in treatment 1,and that in treatment 3 1656% (p<001) higher than that in treatment 1.There was no significant (p>005) difference in concentrate supplement to lactation ratio among different treatments.The milk fat and SNF percentages of dairy cows in all three treatments were decreased by the end of the experiment.
