转基因皖棉品系的抗虫性及产量性状的研究

摘　　要：以美国转基因抗虫棉（ＣＫ１）和泗棉３号（ＣＫ２）为对照，研究了６个转基因皖棉品系的抗虫性和产量性状。结果表明，６个皖棉品系均表现出高抗鳞翅目害虫的特性，与ＣＫ１相当，但是各品系皮棉产量表现不一。皖１至皖５五个品系皮棉产量低于ＣＫ２；皖６高于ＣＫ２，与ＣＫ１无显著差异。The insect resistance and yield traits in six transgenic cotton strains of Wanmian were investigated and the results showed that all six Wanmian strains gave the same strong resistance to insects as that in USA transgenic cotton (CK1) although their fiber output was different.Strains Wan1 to Wan5 gave a lower and Wan6 a higher fiber output than Simian-3 variety (CK2) did.
