摘  要:本文针对公共建筑用热温位要求多、运行工况多的特点,提出了一种多工况建筑用能系统综合与设计的方法,以提高系统的能量利用效率。首先,通过对用能温度品位高低进行分类,将各温位的热需求和废(余)热以冷、热物流的形式组成了能量回收再利用网络。考虑用能情况的季节差异建立多周期模型,采用夹点分析和数学规划相结合的方法,建立换热网络的MINLP模型来优化建筑能量回收再利用系统,并对比了考虑换热网络优化前后系统总费用的变化情况。Based on the features of public buildings muhi-requirement for heat temperature and multi-condition operating, this paper proposes a method of integrating and designing multi-condition building energy using system to improve the energy efficiency of the system. First of all, through the classification of temperature grade, organizes a energy recycling network by convert the heat requirements of each temperature level and waste heat into the form of cold, heat logistics. Considering the seasonal difference of energy-using, the paper builds a multi-period model, using method of combing pinch analysis and mathematical programming, establishes the MINLP model of heat exchanger networks to optimize building energy recycling system, and describes the changes of total cost before and after the optimization of the changing heat network.
