枣疯病病原体的超微形态及其分布

摘　　要：通过对冬疯病显病枝条上嫩枝、花轴、叶片、枝条韧皮都、叶柄及花瓣等不同部位组织的超微形态观察研究，确定未疯病的病原体为近圆形、椭圆形以及多种不定形的类苗质体（MID）。此外在枝条的韧皮部及叶柄的薄壁细胞的细胞质中，还观察到一些类病毒粒子和均一至晶格状排列的颗粒。本文为进一步研究枣疯病的致病机理提供一些重要的线索。Ultramicroscopic morphology of pathogen of jujube witches broom was observed on yung brancd, pholem, leaf stalk, leaves, floral axis and petals of the disease branches. The resulf showed that the pathogen was circular,elliptic and other adventitious shape mycoplasma like bodies; there was some virus like bodies and granules granules with even lattice arrangement in the phloem of branch and the cytoplasm of parenchyma cell. The results provide important basis for studying the pathogenic mechanism of jujube witches broom.
