摘　　要："肝糖原的提取与鉴定"实验,由于按教材操作方法经常出现实验结果不理想,为此,笔者对唐微主编的《生物化学与免疫学实验教程》中"肝糖原的提取与鉴定"实验的操作方法作了探索性的改进,即在酸碱中和步骤里排除糖原水解过程中挥发的部分盐酸,舍弃滴管而选用吸量管吸取氢氧化钠溶液。教学实践证明,改进后的操作方法切实可行,效果明显。＂Extraction and identification of glycogen＂ experiment result often is not satisfactory because of according to teaching materials operation methods, therefore, the author makes exploratory improvement for the operation methods of ＂Extraction and identification of glycogen＂ experiment in Journal of Biochemistry and Immunology Tutorial written by TANG Wei, which excluding volatile part hydrochloric acid of glycogen hydrolysis process in acid neutralization step, discarding dropper and selecting pipettes to draw sodium hydroxide solution. Teaching Practice has proved that the improved operation method is practical and has obvious effects.
