摘  要:GCG型电磁感应辊强磁选机目前已经广泛应用于非金属矿物的除铁提纯及弱磁性矿物回收领域。从分析感应辊分选间隙磁场特性入手,分别求解出磁场强度H和磁场梯度gradH函数曲线,通过对矿粒的受力分析求解出脱离角θ与辊体转速ω和矿粒比磁化系数χ0的关系,建立了单颗粒弱磁性矿物运动轨迹数学模型,并通过试验分析了该模型的合理性。为有关数值计算和生产应用提供了一定的理论基础。GCG induced roller high intensity electromagnetic separator has been widely used in the areas of de-ironing refinement of non-metallic minerals and recycling weak magnetic minerals. The function of the magnetic field strength and magnetic field gradient was solved respectively which starts from analyzing the magnetic field characteristic of the roller' s separation gap. The relationship of release angle, speed and susceptibility by analysis of the mineral particle force was solved too. Mathematical model of the trajectory of single particle weak magnetic minerals was established and validity of the model was verified by testing analysis. It could provide a theoretical basis for related numerical calculation and production applications.
