摘  要:目的:建立车前子不同炮制品的HPLC特征指纹图谱,为车前子炮制品的质量评价和炮制机制研究提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,运用中药特征指纹图谱相似度评价与样品聚类分析方法,对车前子生品、清炒品、盐炙品以及酒炙品的甲醇提取液进行特征指纹研究。结果:该方法重复性良好,车前子不同炮制品特征指纹图谱共有峰特征明显,其特征指纹存在差异,其化学成分发生了质和量的变化。其中生车前子与酒车前子差异较小,与盐车前子有一定差异,与炒车前子差异明显。结论:不同炮制方法对车前子HPLC特征指纹图谱存在较大的影响,建立的车前子不同炮制品的特征指纹图谱可以识别车前子不同炮制品的归属特征,可有效控制内在质量,探讨炮制机制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC specific fingerprint of different processed products of Semen Plantaginis and to provide the basis of the research for quality evaluation and processing mechanism. METHODS HPLC/UV fingerprints was adopted, the fingerprint characteristics of methanol extract of Semen Plantaginis raw product, stir-fried product, salt main prod uct and wine products of ethanol extract were studied by the use of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint similarity evaluation and sample cluster analysis method. RESULTS The repeatability of this method was good. The common peak feature of dif- ferent processed products of Semen Plantaginis fingerprint was apparent. The fingerprint characteristics existed differences. The chemical composition was changed in quality and quantity. The difference between raw Semen Plantaginis and wine Semen Plantaginis was small,and there was certain difference with salt Semen Plantaginis,and significant difference with fried Semen Plantaginis. CONCLUSION Different processing method imposes greater influence on Semen Plantaginis HPLC fingerprint. Establishing the fingerprint of different processed products of Semen Plantaginis can identify the ascription of the characteris tics, which can effectively control the intrinsic quality and explore the processing mechanism.
