撑开软骨移植在歪鼻畸形鼻中隔矫正中的应用

摘　　要：对12例伴鼻中隔偏曲歪鼻畸形患者经开放入路行撑开软骨移植矫正鼻中隔偏曲、改善鼻通气。结果显示12例患者鼻中隔恢复正中，鼻通气显著改善。随访3个月~1年，未出现中隔穿孔、血肿、感染等并发症。Spreader cartilage grafting was used to correct the deviated nasal septum and improve the nasal airway in 12 crooked noses with deviated septums through an open approach. The result displayed that the septum was re-turned to midline and the nasal airway was significantly improved in 12 patients, with no complications like septum perforation,hematoma,infection and others in 3 to 12 months follow-up.
