摘 要:干细胞具备自我更新和多向分化的潜能,是糖尿病细胞替代治疗的理想细胞来源。此外,干细胞在多种内分泌器官的胚胎发育研究、内分泌代谢疾病的发病机制、药物筛选等方面也具有潜在的应用前景。Stem cells with the capacity of self-renewal and multilineage differentiation are promising sources for generation of pancreatic cells for cell replacement therapy in diabetes mellitus. Stem cells also show their potential in the studies regarding the embryonic development of several endocrine organs including pancreatic islets, thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. Moreover, they would be much useful for investigation of pathogenesis and drug screening in endocrine and metabolic diseases.
