摘　　要：溴隐亭是一种多巴胺激动剂,可增强卵巢对促性腺激素的反应性。对WHOⅡ型无排卵性不孕症和不明原因不孕症患者,溴隐亭可通过改善胰岛素抵抗、调节子宫内膜生长及治疗潜在性高泌乳素血症,增强其对促排卵治疗的反应性,改善促排卵效果,提高妊娠率。Bromocriptine is a dopamine agonist and can improve the ovarian response to gonadotropin. For WHO type I1 anovulatory infertility and unexplained infertility patients, bromocriptine can enhance the reactivity of ovulation induction, improve ovulation effect, and enhance the pregnancy rate by the improvement of insulin resistance, regulation of endometrial growth, and treatment of occult hyperprolactinemia.
