摘 要:在观察香梨的花器特征的基础上 ,对花粉量、花粉生活力及花粉萌芽力进行了综合研究。结果表明 :香梨为完全花 ,伞房花序 ,花冠轮生辐射对称 ,雄蕊 16~ 30枚 ,柱头多为 5枚 ,极少数为 6枚。顶花芽侧花败育现象普遍。花药花粉量达 4 0 0 0粒左右 ,花粉活力百分率在 75%以上 ,新鲜花粉发芽率达 80 % 。Main floral characteristics of Xiangli (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd) were observed and pollen activity was synthetically studied in the paper.The results were as follow:complete flower,corymb inflorescens,imferior ovary,rotate corolla,androecium with 16~30 stamens,compound pistil with 5~6 stigmas;Abortion of lateral flower in terminal flower bud was common.Pollen grain mass was about 4000 in each anther,pollen activity was over 70%,fresh pollen germination rate reached 80%.The results were very useful for hybrid breeding,haploid breeding and productive practise of Xiangli.
