摘　　要：本文阐述了科技支撑的实施办法 ,明确了不应当单独搞科学研究 ,而应当以科技推广为主 ,吸收外行业的一切可用的成果 ,并有所创新。对尚未完全了解、掌握的技术 ,应采取工程边实施、边总结。The implementing measures of scientific support to artificial meadow were discussed in the paper. Artificial meadow development should depend on scientific extension and innovation rather than scientific research. The implementing should be combined with summarization and exploration in the application of scientific extension of uncompleted measures on artificial meadow development.
