摘 要:为研究吴茱萸受肠菌群体外转化后提取物的抗肿瘤活性。本文利用人粪便肠菌群转化吴茱萸提取液,分别用HPLC和MTT法对转化前后吴茱萸水提液中的吴茱萸碱含量和对KB(人口腔表皮样癌细胞)的抗肿瘤作用进行检测和分析。结果表明,经肠菌群转化后提取液中吴茱萸碱的含量逐渐增加,抗肿瘤能力也随着含量的增加而增加,并在转化后24h吴茱萸碱的抗肿瘤能力达到最大,肿瘤抑制率最高可达73.5%。本研究结果为筛选和利用肠道菌株转化吴茱萸组分提供参考。In order to analyze the effects of in vitro transformation by intestinal bacteria on the Fructus evodiae medicinal ingre- dients and its anti-tumor activity, the Fructus evodiae extracts transformed or not, were analyzed by HPI.C and the anti-tumor ability to KB (human oral epithelial-like carcinoma) was observed by MTT method. The results showed that the content of evodiamine and the anti-tumor activity were gradually increased after transformation. The maximize rate of tumor inhibition ( up to 73.5 % ) occurred within 24 h of transformation. It is important for further study on screening and utilizing these bacteria strains,
